Milton Boot Camp (formerly known as Kneaded Therapy Boot Camp) offers innovative, one-of-a-kind boot camp programs to residents of Milton, neighboring Boston and the South Shore. Milton Boot Camp creates a fun, friendly and motivating environment where all participants, no matter their fitness level, feel welcome and are challenged to achieve their personal best each time they meet. What sets Milton Boot Camp apart from its peers is owner and trainer Maureen Conlon, whose personal relationship with each "camper," combined with her 20 years of fitness teaching experience, make her never-the-same boot camp classes both enjoyable and results-oriented. Milton Boot Camp members have the best of both worlds: a personal trainer who knows their individual fitness goals, and the camaraderie and friendship with the other "campers." That's why Milton Boot Camp is the most popular boot camp program in the area.
All classes are designed and taught by Maureen. With experience as both a consumer and teacher of physical fitness, Maureen founded Milton Boot Camp on the principle that people more successfully reach their fitness goals when they work with the same person every time, who shares in their fitness goals and is personally vested in them. The result is a personalized fitness relationship where fitness accomplishments are both seen and celebrated!
Milton Boot Camp class offerings include Conditioning; Leg Burner; Fit Walk; Jump Rope Drills; Butt, Gut and Burn; and Advanced Boot Camp. Other programs will be introduced this summer.
Maureen opened Milton Boot Camp in April 2010 with two boot camp classes held on the campus of Fontbonne Academy. Maureen's dedication and personal relationship with the "campers" are the hallmarks of Milton Boot Camp. In just two years, Milton Boot Camp has grown to fourteen classes per week held at several locations around Milton.
When Maureen isn't coaching her boot campers, you can see her driving around Milton and the surrounding towns in her moving gym. In her car are medicine balls, resistance and ankle bands, cones, rings, bosu balls, pilates circles, jump ropes and training ropes. She's always ready to take her "campers" to their next fitness level.
Milton Boot Camp holds classes at Fontbonne Academy, Milton Council on Aging and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton. You will often find the boot campers running the streets of Milton with ankle bands and stopping occasionally for squats, lunges and dogsleds!
